5-Week Youth Physical Development

A pre-season program of the Track & Field Team. This program equips junior and senior high athletes for life-long physical activity and encourages their walk with Christ. Focusing on fitness skills, strength training, plyometrics, and cardio training, Fit Up for Life! is an excellent pre-season conditioning program for spring sports.
